Sprayer Features: The Carraro Spray ATI 1000-EX series delivers powerful performance and precision for vineyard and orchard spraying. Engage the included PTO shaft to bring the heavy-duty gearbox to life, driving both the Comet APS 121 diaphragm pump and the high-speed 28-inch fan.

A 270-gallon polyethylene tank with sight hose keeps you spraying longer between refills, and the galvanized, powder-coated frame and fan housing offer years of rust-resistant durability. Hinged tank lids with strainer baskets make filling quick and clean, while left- and right-side electric shutoff valves with cab-mounted switches give operators fingertip control from the driver’s seat.

Fast hookup is easy with the adjustable drawbar, wheeled trailer jack, and pivoting hitch, while heavy-duty tires ensure a smooth, stable ride across rough orchard rows. A hydraulic agitator keeps the mix in constant motion for consistent application, and the pressure-regulating system lets you fine-tune spray output with precision.

Comes complete with a 26.5-gallon clean water tank and a 4.1-gallon handwashing tank for added safety and convenience.

Airblast Coverage: Blanket your rows with a powerful, penetrating airblast that reaches every leaf surface — from the lowest branches to the canopy top. The ATI 1000-EX series is equipped with twelve Italian-made Tecomec® full-cone ceramic disc nozzles with brass flip-over nozzle bodies, delivering precise, uniform spray coverage. Fan vanes direct air and spray deep into dense canopies, ensuring consistent coverage while minimizing drift and chemical loss. Covers rows with a maximum row width of 16.5 feet and a maximum height of 16.5 feet.
